Laser CAM

The Laser Cam uses light to cut or etch materials  by directing the output of a high-power laser. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, or vaporizes away leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

CNC Routing

A  CNC router is a computer-controlled cutting machine which typically mounts a hand-held router as a spindle which is used for cutting various materials.  It is better than a laser for thicker materials or for cutting 3D topography.

3-D Printing

We can build your digital design in the real world with light and chemistry.  3D printing creates an object by building it layer by layer using a computer-controlled resin curing process.  Got a digital model or even just an idea to try out?  We can make you a prototype.

Prototyping and Short-Run Production Services
LASER Cutting

We regularly perform complex cuts in a wide range of materials to a very high degree of precision.  Please contact us if you have any questions about materials or tolerances.

LASER Engraving

Logos, text, or photography can be laser-etched into many materials.  Please contact us for a design consultation to ensure best results with your given artwork.

Contact & File Review
Describe your project and upload your file through our contact form (our preferred file formats are .ai/.svg/.dxf/.stl/.obj).
Design Consultation
We will apply our design and production experience to your project to resolve any potential problems (estimate provided).

Order Materials
We will order your materials through our extensive network of suppliers.  A deposit may be required depending on project size.
Production
We will then cut, 3D print, or shoot lasers at your project with a high degree of precision.
Delivery
We deliver it or you pick it up. Do you want us to install it? We can do that too.  Please let us know if you need an installation estimate.

Would you like to upload a file for review and consultation?

Vector formats are best for laser cutting (.ai/.svg/.dxf/.stl/.obj). Raster/bitmap formats are acceptable for photo engraving.
Please include 1"x 1" or 50mm square within your art/design file for reference of scale.
